From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 1-2 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding Sunday and holidays. Gebr. Hentschel cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
