We at Gebr. Hentschel are proud to ship our handmade products worldwide. We dispatch your orders with the utmost care and prioritize secure packaging. Shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process and depend on the total weight of the order as well as the destination. We strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to varying customs fees and taxes depending on the country.
RETURN
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gebr. Hentschel. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. For Christmas purchases made between December 1st and 24th, the return period is extended to the following January 31st.

Please contact us before returning to ensure a smooth process. We will refund you the full purchase price of the product, provided it is in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging. The return of an item for exchange or refund is free of charge when using our prepaid return label.
